SMS Terms & Conditions

South Springs Home Health Care Inc ("we," "our," or "us") provides SMS messaging services to employees for work-related communication only. By opting into our SMS notifications, you agree to receive messages related to your work schedule, shift updates, and other operational notices. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, nor do we use SMS for monetary purposes.
 

2. Message Frequency

Employees may receive SMS messages periodically based on schedule updates, shift changes, or other important company notifications. The number of messages varies depending on operational needs.
 

3. Opt-In & Opt-Out

  • Opt-In: Employees are automatically enrolled in SMS notifications upon providing their phone number during onboarding or employment.

  • Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications from us. To re-subscribe, contact HR or reply "START" to a previous message.
     

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Brilliant Health System is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile provider.
 

5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your phone number and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • SMS messages are strictly used for employee communication and are not used to send or store patient information.

  • We maintain industry-standard security practices to protect employee data.
     

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported by major carriers; however, delivery may depend on your mobile provider’s network availability. We are not responsible for undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
 

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be communicated via SMS or through internal company channels.
